These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the operational software and SMS alerting service (the "Service") provided by Helix Systems LLC, doing business as 21Freight ("21Freight," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
21Freight provides carrier operations software, including automated email triage and SMS alerting, to help trucking carriers surface important messages and load opportunities. The Service is currently offered as a pilot to a limited set of carrier clients.
Program description: 21Freight sends SMS alerts to authorized personnel at carrier client companies when an incoming email requires attention (e.g. a flagged operational message or a load offer that matches your network).
Opt-in: End users are authorized personnel at 21Freight's carrier clients who provide their mobile number directly to 21Freight during onboarding to the Service and agree to receive operational SMS alerts as part of that engagement. Consent is confirmed in writing (e.g. by email or signed agreement) before any messages are sent. There is no public, self-service sign-up for this program at this time.
Message types: Operational alerts (e.g. "important email flagged," load-offer notifications) and reply-based feedback prompts (e.g. YES/NO/WRONG).
Message frequency: Varies based on your account's alert activity. You will generally receive a message only when an email requires your attention.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You may receive one final confirmation message.

Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that interferes with its operation or the rights of others.
The Service is provided on a pilot basis "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. 21Freight does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that alerts will capture every relevant message.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helix Systems LLC (DBA 21Freight) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
